3 Bean Blend
Ingredients:
- Black Beans
- Garbanzo Beans
- Kidney Beans
- Cucumber
- Avocado Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Thyme
- Oregano
- Sunflower Seeds
- Garlic
How to make the salad:
Start by preparing your beans. This can be done by overnight soaking and cooking them in a pressure cooker or using drained canned beans. Next, dice your cucumber and add it to the bean mixture. Chop your thyme and oregano, adding it to your other ingredients. Lastly, drizzle balsamic vinegar and avocado oil, sprinkle garlic powder and sunflower seeds and toss the mixture together.
Just like that the salad is complete!
