Only a few ingredients make this salad a good addition to any main dish.
Plate a small bunch of rocket salad, this works best since its slightly peppery taste balances well with the sweet raisins. Top with the raisins and coarsely chopped and toasted hazelnuts.
A dressing made with toasted hazelnut oil, dijon and salt and pepper is the perfect dressing.
