Steamed greens

Ingredients:

  • Baby Brussel Sprouts
  • Edamame
  • Kale
  • Salted Pecans

How to make the salad:
A green salad thats tasty and healthy. Its hard to eat a lot of dark green vegetables so this one packs a punch with green veggies and soybeans .
Steam a small bag of fresh or frozen baby brussel sprouts and edamame Simultaneously, saute a small bunch of kale in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.Plate the kale and top with the sprouts and beans, toss on some toasted,salted pecans and drizzle with a light lemon vinaigrette
.
It may be hd to imagine that a salad with so much green could be appetising but this truly is. the dressing is light and tangy and the pecans salty and crunchy, adding a delightful texture to the dish.
