Portobello Herb Blend
Ingredients:
- Feta
- Yellow and Green Zucchini
- Portabello Mushrooms
Easily prepared salad with a zesty feta topping this salad is best served warm and immediately upon cooking it.
Either dice or thinly slice the zucchini and coarsely chop your mushrooms. Portabello work well since they have a nice hearty texture.Saute with olive oil, a knob of butter and 2 cloves of garlic. Once translucent, transfer to a heated plate and top with crumbled herb feta.,
