Fagioli

Ingredients:

  • Washed & Drained Garbanzo Beans (or substitute any type you prefer like red)
  • Red Onion
  • Butter Lettuce
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt &Pepper
How to make the salad:

Prepare this healthy five minute salad with ingredients you already have in your pantry
Drain and wash a can of beans, finely dice a red onion and toss.
mix in some shredded butter lettuce and add salt and pepper and a tablespoon of red wine vinegar
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
