Ingredients:
Prepare this healthy five minute salad with ingredients you already have in your pantry
Drain and wash a can of beans, finely dice a red onion and toss.
mix in some shredded butter lettuce and add salt and pepper and a tablespoon of red wine vinegar
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
- Washed & Drained Garbanzo Beans (or substitute any type you prefer like red)
 - Red Onion
 - Butter Lettuce
 - Red Wine Vinegar
 - Salt &Pepper
