Dill-isious

Ingredients
  • English Cucumber
  • Dill
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar
How to make the salad:
A pickled, salty side dish to any main dish or an addition to a sandwich.
Thinly slice the cucumber (if you don't use English cucumber then remove the skin and scoop out the seeds). Sprinkle with salt and let sit for an hour or so. Rinse and toss with a spoon of apple cider vinegar, sugar and chopped dill.
Here i served it as a side to mini brioche toasts topped with my egg salad, perfect lunch !
