Red and Black Attack
Ingredients:
- Quarter cup of chopped black olives
- Half cup of chick peas
- Half cup of kidney beans
- 2 cups of cooked quinoa
- Quarter cup of cooked and chopped beets
- Salt and pepper
- Balsamic vinegar

How to make the salad:
(Per 2 people) Cook the quinoa as per packet directions in vegetable broth with added garlic powder
toss the rest of the ingredients n with the quinoa and flavor some more with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar!!
