Red and Black Attack

                                           

Ingredients:
  • Quarter cup of chopped black olives
  • Half cup of chick peas
  • Half cup of kidney beans
  • 2 cups of cooked  quinoa
  • Quarter cup of cooked and chopped beets
  • Salt and pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar

How to make the salad:
(Per 2 people) Cook the quinoa as per  packet directions in vegetable broth with added garlic powder 
toss the rest of the ingredients n with the quinoa and flavor some more with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar!!
