Creamy broccolini

Ingredients:


  • Two cups of broccoli
  • One cup of diced celery
  • One shredded carrot
  • Handful of raisins
  • Handful of toasted pinenuts


Yum !
(per 2 people)
Add all the ingredients together
stir in half  a cup of  mayonnaise with half a cup of sour cream and mix into the salad

For a healthier and lighter version substitute the mayo with vegan mayo (trust me its actually good ) and omit the sour cream
or instead of sour cream add greek yogurt.
