Creamy broccolini
Ingredients:

Add all the ingredients together
stir in half a cup of mayonnaise with half a cup of sour cream and mix into the salad
For a healthier and lighter version substitute the mayo with vegan mayo (trust me its actually good ) and omit the sour cream
or instead of sour cream add greek yogurt.
- Two cups of broccoli
- One cup of diced celery
- One shredded carrot
- Handful of raisins
- Handful of toasted pinenuts
