So why the unusual name you may ask.
Everything in this salad is round !!
Ingredients:
How to make the salad:
In a bowl add one cup of (cooled) steamed fresh peas, sweet corn (canned is fined just be sure to get low sodium ) one cup each of the beans. Its best to soak them overnight then cook the next morning in a pressure cooker but canned will do just be sure to rinse thoroughly and one cup of cooked soybeans.
Toss all your ingredients gently and add a few garlic chips (theses are very strong so you may want to crumble them a bit to prevent getting a big piece of overpowering garlic taste in your mouth.)
For the dressing a little salt and black pepper and some Italian dressing.
To make the dressing yourself take a quarter cup of olive oil, dash of balsamic vinegar and few sprigs of dried herbs like parsley, basil, oregano, and perhaps rosemary that have all marinated in the oil.
You can eat this cold but with all the beans its better to eat it warm with a side of herbed rice.
