Tamarind Twist
- Whole Wheat Puffs(found in Indian stores)
- Cilantro
- Nonfat Yogurt
- Date & Tamarind Chutney
- Garbanzo Beans
- Spice & Fried Garbanzo Beans
- Red Chili Pepper

This tangy, sweet , crunchy, salad is so appealing that its quite a conversation starter at a party.
- Take a puff and gently make a small hole on top, fill with a few beans and top with a teaspoon of the yogurt, chutney and a sprinkling of cilantro add a tiny amount of chili powder and serve immediately or else the puffs get soggy and lose the crunch
If you cant find the puffs you can use pitta crackers as an alternative but its hard to keep all the ingredients from falling off
An alternative to the beans are boiled potatoes cut into tiny pieces.
