Mango Tango

Ingredients:
  • Mango
  • Cucumber
  • Red Cabbage
  • Cilantro
  • Red Pepper
  • Peanuts 
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Soy Sauce
  • Thai Seasoning(bought at any store)
How To Make the Salad:
So the other day I opened the fridge and pulled out all my leftovers and this is what I came up with !
Shred a peeled mango ( or raw papaya ), red napa cabbage, red pepper and a cucumber  and toss in a bowl.
For the dressing, take a quarter of a cup of red wine vinegar, several dashes of soy sauce and I used the Thai seasoning in the refrigerated section that comes in a tube, about a tablespoon, mix thoroughly and toss gently into the salad sprinkle a handful of chopped, salted peanuts.
Mmmmm quite delicious!
