The Left Over
Ingredients:
This quick and tasty salad is made with all the leftover veggies you have in the fridge!
- Radishes
 - Red, green and yellow bell peppers
 - Red and green butter lettuce
 - Tomatoes
 - Red onions
 - Sauted garlic mushrooms
 - Pine nuts
 - English cucumber
 
This quick and tasty salad is made with all the leftover veggies you have in the fridge!
- Chop up the lettuce, tomatoes and peppers and toss with sliced radishes,onions and cucumbers.
 
- Add a few pine nuts for crunch.
 
- Season with salt and pepper.
 
- For the mushrooms, slice about 15 button mushrooms and saute in a pan on medium heat with a tablespoon of butter a tablespoon of olive oil and a few fresh crushed cloves of garlic.
 
- Once they brown and shrink to about a quarter of how many you put in add sizzling over the salad. This adds a lot of delicious flavour to the dish.
