The Grilled Greens





Ingredients:
  • Brussel Sprouts(15)
  • Asparagus(15)
Dressing:
  • Honey
  • Balsamic Vinegar 
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
How to make the salad:
Toss Brussel sprouts and asparagus in olive oil and sea salt. Grill at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minuets until golden brown and crisp.  Add 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar and just under 1/2 cup of honey to a pan and simmer on low heat, until reduced by half, drizzle over grilled vegetables(serves 4)
A lot of you may shirk away from brussel sprouts but believe me when i say these are tasty !
the prep time is a few minutes for the greens and the reduced balsamic vinegar is deliciously sweet against the crisp greens.
