Summer Salad
Ingredients:
- Butter Lettuce
 - Cherry Tomatoes
 - Gluten Free Fusilli Pasta
 - Fresh Mozzarella
 
Dressing:
- Spicy Brown Mustard
 - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - Dried Pasta Herb Blend
 - Sea Salt
 - Freshly Ground Black Pepper
 
This delightful dish is perfect on a summer day. Chop the lettuce and tomatoes and add cooked gluten free pasta. I prefer this type of pasta since it seems we eat wheat at almost every meal so this is a great healthy alternative and wonderful for those with gluten allergies. Mix together a tablespoon of spicy brown mustard, three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a tablespoon of the dried herb blend and toss in with the salad. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh mozzarella.
