Seaweed you say ?

Ingredients:
  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • Beetroot
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Seaweed
  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Honey Dijon Dressing
How to make the salad:

Ten minutes tops to make this nutritious salad.
Finely chop half a head of iceberg lettuce. Cut into thin strips a few cooked beetroots, a half an English cucumber and  dice a tomato. Toss with a simple honey Dijon mustard dressing. Just before plating, top with shredded seaweed and a handful of seeds
To make the dressing, take a tablespoon of good Dijon mustard and mix in a tablespoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of honey, a dash of red wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper, stir and drizzle over salad before serving.
Seaweed ? well if you haven't tried it give it a shot because its an unusual flavor and has a nice  slightly crispy texture with the crunch of the seeds not to mention its nutritious !
