Rainbow Chard
Ingredients:
- Linguine in a light cream sauce
- Rainbow chard
- Garlic and seasoning

How to make the salad:
This is a 10 min salad that serves as a meal.
Cook a cup of linguine and toss in a light cream sauce (homemade is so much better and takes only a few minutes )
Take four cups of rainbow chard and coarsely chop and wash.
In a saute pan, drizzle olive oil and add 2 to 4 cloves of minced garlic, stir in the chard until wilted and then add a cup of vegetable stock, season with fresh black pepper and let simmer for about 10 mins until the liquid has evaporated, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and spoon onto the warm pasta and devour !
