Its fresh, full of healthy ingredients and light but filling. There are a lots of textures and tastes in this from crunchy nuts, creamy avocado, spicy radishes and sweet cherry tomatoes to pungent red onions.

Ingredients:
I know this salad is chock full of ingredients but it is healthy and nutritious.
All it requires in preparation is some dicing and slicing. About a half cup each of shredded cabbage and carrots and a half cup of sliced cucumbers, jicama, peppers, avocado and halved cherry tomatoes
A sprinkling of diced onions and olives, chopped cilantro and sliced almonds for crunch.
season with some pink Himalayan salt and black pepper and toss
If you wish, add some flavoured oil like herb infused olive oil but keep away from heavy dressings and cheese.
